Clinic Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, client services, and workflow efficiency.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of veterinarians, technicians, and administrative staff, ensuring collaboration, professional development, and high morale.
Client Relations: Maintain excellent customer service standards, resolving any client concerns, and ensuring a smooth client experience from check-in to payment.
Financial Oversight: Monitor clinic finances, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting. Ensure the clinic meets revenue targets.
Compliance: Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements related to veterinary care and practice are met, including proper handling of medications, licensing, and employee certifications.
Appointment & Schedule Management: Oversee the appointment booking system, ensuring optimal scheduling of client consultations and surgeries.
Marketing & Growth: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive growth through online presence, social media, and community events.
Inventory & Supply Management: Ensure all necessary medical and office supplies are stocked and orders are placed timely to support operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a veterinary clinic or healthcare setting.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and meeting financial targets.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with veterinary software systems and tools, appointment booking, and inventory management software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
